Executive Salaries — What Employers Actually Advertise
Base-pay data built from the advertised pay of real, public job listings — not surveys. Pick a role to see medians and ranges by state, or check whether an offer is fair →
Methodology: figures are annualized from the advertised pay of public job listings our AI agent gathered for the matching job pages on this site — not survey self-reports. Hourly and monthly rates are converted to full-time annual equivalents; listings without stated pay and AI estimates are excluded. Bonuses, equity, long-term incentives, signing payments and relocation are excluded: these are base-pay figures, and executive total compensation is usually much higher. Ranges use the midpoint. Repeated source URLs are counted once; without a source URL, identical employer, location and pay text are counted once. Medians and percentiles require at least 10 distinct listings. Only samples collected within the past 180 days contribute; unknown collection dates are excluded. Advertised pay can differ from total earned compensation, and a gathered listing may have closed or changed.
